Samkhapushpi (Clitoria tenatea)

Jathi (Jasminum Grandiflorum)

Thrivruth (Operculina turpethum)

Vidangam (Emelia ribes)

Dosage:

Take ghruthams, generally after food, followed by a cup of hot milk.

Adults:
5-10g twice daily.

Children:
2-5g twice daily.
